Found the information on requirements fot this service a little misleading. They make you pay first before completing the process. I would say this is because it gets a little more difficult with scsnning webcam images and \"selfies\" for instant ID. And they DO NOT tell you an Esignature is required at the end. I wasnt prepared for that. And they say NO REFUNDS. Most likely I will be forwarding certified documents and forms by mail. Will be intetesting to see who gets their certificate first. Me by online process or partner by mail request to Police authority.
