In our professional opinion we would never recommend PETER SCRAGG to any one for Legal Matters in Supreme Courts . The man does NOT tell the truth and was not devoted in our matter consequently we lost . His charges of over $60.000 for a small ammount of work as we did the Trial (most of it ) ourselfs, To date without an invoice refusing and ignoring 14 Emails of asking for it . We lost our Supreme Court case even tho he said in his text we had strong chance of winning . We would strongly not recommend Peter Scragg to any one for Supreme Court matters . I once read a sign on a notice board in a lawyer\'s office. It said \" so you think a good lawyer can cost a lot of money. Well you ought to see what a bad lawyer can cost you\". . Peter Scragg certainly comes to mind. I am glad he was on the otherside. The cost to his client the mind boggles.
