Noels cat got run over one day by a speeding motorist so noel decided to tell everyone the disabled guy across the road was to blame. Many of his relieves and friends then started using their cars to intimidate the person Noel was lying about. Noel told these lies to various neighbors. Noel said that the disabled bloke was chasing his cat when it was run over. It took a while for people to stop threatening the person but two years later a car that is frequently at his property continues to threaten the disabled bloke with some extremely dangerous driving. On this basis I wouldn\'t recommend letting him on your property. It is possible the people who run the cat over lied to Noel, they were speeding and the cat was hit on the opposite side of the road to the car was suppose to be traveling (just). He should of approached the person he is spreading lies about , instead his actions caused serious harm to and allowed many threats to that innocent disabled persons life to materialize.
