I made an 11am appointment & drove 25mins with my 2yo in the car & Vin wasn\'t even home nor did he have the courteousy to call and let me know. I tried to call him and he didn\'t answer. I then had to send him an sms as he doesn\'t have voicemail. He didn\'t even call back to apologize, he just sent a text with some lame excuse. Not a very nice man and would not recommend!
