Trainer\'s and Training Organisations...be weary. The Director is harsh, critical and down right rude with students and trainers. She bites peoples head off and questions their competencies. Not sure how the staff members cope up with someone as negative and rude as her. She is setting a very bad example for all the staff around. Completely disappointed and humiliated....Expect people in the field of education to show more care and respect towards each other.
