Not a great experience with John Whitelaw Plumbing. Didn\'t show up on time, when he finally rocked up in his new Audi he strutted around like he was the kind of England. Extremely rude to his staff whilst on site and of course it came in above the quote after going over it with him several times. Should be a used car salesman. Alan Richards, mornington
