Once Only Roofing

Highly do NOT recommend! I hired them to replace gutters and after paying them for a completed job, I realised they\'d only done half. They\'d also disrupted my roof tiles to install gutters and haven\'t cemented them in (pretty odd considering they\'re a predominantly Roof orientated company!). After weeks of trying to get them to come back and finish (they were pretending theit materials must have been stolen after they\'d installed them so they wanted to charge me more to put in new ones) I had to involve VBA and the issue STILL isn\'t resolved. I wouldn\'t wish them upon my enemies

My roof and gutters looks very good and a big tanks to all the guy\'s from once only roofing . My 50 year old roof is like a new roof tanks to once only roofing . And my new gutter is just as good .

I got once only roofing to give me quote 7 months ago and rang them last week and the came out and honoured it and done a good job so tanks guys .

Now have problems with my roof I didn\'t have before work was done. BIG problem is getting them back to fix it !

So many con men are doing the rounds and if you read the Stop Travelling Conmen national website you\'ll note a number of con man \"roof repairers\" doing the rounds. Reading \'tanks\' so frequently here suggests a touch of the Irish as mentioned in on the Stop Travelling Conmen Facebook page

I have rung, text, emailed and finally someone has called me, only to have cancelled the appointment for the third time, to fix my leaking roof. They keep apologising but that isn\'t good enough. In the meantime the hole in the plaster internally is getting bigger, especially with the rain over the weekend. Come on fellas, do the right thing here !!

I just wanted to recommend the team at Once only Roofing. We recently replaced our old roof with a new colourbond roof in a bespoke design, and the results look amazing. The guys worked with us to improve on the old roof design and provided a highly professional service to give an excellent result. Highly recommended!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Thought they were nice guys when they showed up however I ended up being ripped off. They were unprofessional, untidy and have no integrity. 0/10 for sure.

I spoke to three roof repairers in total and Once only roofing was the only one who discussed and explained options for both my roof and guttering to me, and he was happy to stand by work by offering a guarantee. Thay really knows there stuff, quoted a fair price, and offers complete (old fashioned) service right down to giving an overhanging tree a quick trim to keep leaves out of my gutter for longer. Thay wear up when they said they would, were patient with questions and most importantly did a fantastic job for us. After having less positive experiences with other tradies recently, it was such a pleasure dealing with thoroughly decent blokes who took great pride in their work. Got a quote from these guys but they were pretty unprofessional and didn\'t provide an itemized quote so I decided to get another quote from someone else. The other contractor I approached told me to watch out for a Irish guy under \"once only roofing\" because they have been contacted by many customers to fix up the poor work done by \"once only roofing\"

I recently used once only roofing .i had a great experience with the team they done a great job at a good price ,I myself would highly recommend this company
