Bought a chi massager from this company at a pop up shop in Gold Coast a few days ago. Broke within 10 mintes of getting home to use it. Swapped it immediately. Day four and its broken..cant get on to company. Warranty contacts are not correct. Paid $310 and rendered useless a week on:(
