Jeff has many years experience of working in the health system with sports related injuries in both the UK and Australia. As a Registered Nurse he personally experienced an episode of lower back pain, which was relieved with Acupuncture and Remedial Massage Therapy. This positive experience with these complementary therapies developed Jeff?s interest to study and work with these therapies.

Jeff completed a Diploma in Remedial Massage at NSW School of Therapeutic Massage and has been working in private practice as a Remedial Massage Therapist specialising in sports related conditions and painful musculoskeletal conditions.

He graduated from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) with a Bachelor of Health Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), which combined the theory and practice of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. He completed a module of his course in China at the China-Japan Friendship Hospital, (Beijing) to gain experience of integrative medicine combining Western Biomedicine with Traditional Chinese medicine.

Jeff continues to work in the public hospital system at Prince of Wales Hospital as a Registered Nurse working with orthopaedic rehabilitation; this enables him to maintain his up-to-date knowledge and skills in healthcare. His nursing experience as an Emergency Nurse Practitioner at Hull Royal Infirmary (UK) provided him with advanced training and expert skills in musculo-skeletal therapy.
