In other words to: trace, face, and erase the hold the past may have on you, to freely move on and transform your life.

Fees: Lydia charges below Australian PsychoIogical Society (APS) recommended rates.
Sliding scale also available upon request.

Medicare Rebates apply with a GP referral (up to 12 individual sessions plus 12 group sessions per calendar year; more in exceptional circumstances). Otherwise, most health fund rebates also apply.
