At RusdenStreet Physio our aim is to improve your physical wellbeing and reduce your pain to allow you to participate in a normal active lifestyle.

We also conduct Pilates classes and techniques to improve and optimise  stability, balance and coordination by focusing on posture, strength, flexibility and movement control.
At Rusden Street Physiotherapy we are committed to integrating the latest research evidence into our day to day clinical practice in order to develop the best possible treatment outcomes.
 We collaborate with you to find what is causing your pain and then develop a suitable treatment plan.

We feel it is important that you understand what is happening and so will take time to explain the condition to you.
In addition to your treatment, we work with you to develop a short, simple exercise routine that will improve your fitness and keep you as pain free as possible.
You will have the individual attention of a physiotherapist for your appointment time.
Home visits can be arranged.
