Rob from Foundation Health Fitness used to train Australia's military, and now his 10 years of service is up, he is ready to train you.

Rob has worked in many platforms including personal training for private clients, group exercises for companies, sporting teams and NSW police and firefighters. I have also trained both Australian and US defence force members on home soil and overseas.

With many different activities and exercises to perform you won't get bored. This will keep your body constantly progressing so you don't plateau.
