O'Briens Performance Training is designed to make the most out of the specific knowledge of Tennis and Fitness training to combining both in a passionate, professional and interesting manner to maximise results in a fun and interesting environment.

All Sessions both tennis and fitness can be done either Privately, Semi-Privately or in a Group Session

Tennis Lessons:
-   Private lessons are run for all ages and abilities, they are designed to improve tennis ability and skill level, fitness levels while learning the game of tennis.  This is done in a 1 on 1 situation to maximise the results.

-   Semis Private Lessons are designed for all abilities and ages wanting to share a lesson whether it be a family member or friend to increase the fun as well as REDUCING the cost of a session. It is a prefect opportunity to get great help with your tennis skills in 2 on 1 session.

-   Group Lesson can be arranged if required and are designed for all ages and abilities wanting to learn in a group environment. The sessions will vary depending on standards but are a great way to either learn or further your knowledge and skill of tennis in a group while not only working hard but having fun doing it.

Fitness Sessions:
Goal Setting is a major part of OBriens Performance Training because you need to set goals so that you have direction and a plan to work towards what you want to achieve.

In fitness sessions we will always start with a Dynamic Warm Ups to warm your body and muscles up and getting yourself ready for tough physical nature of fitness training.

The sessions will work on general fitness and depending on goals and outcome that is decided for the goal setting we will also work on Power and Strength Training which will recruit more muscle fibres to the muscles which will make movements performed much faster.  As well as Speed and Agility and Core Strength Training.

This is all done to provide the clients with a healthier and happier lifestyle
