Yoga is a path to health and well being and can be practiced by nearly anyone irrespective of age,  gender or physical condition.

The ultimate aim of Yoga is to calm the mind thereby providing inner peace. To achieve this, the body must first be strengthened to ward off illness and disease. Yoga seeks to combine the breath, the mind and the body and these are the tools the practitioner uses to build strength and flexibility, rid the body of toxins and finally, calm the mind.
