Tansy offers food and weight loss coaching focused on helping help women who:

Through her one-on-one coaching Tansy helps women identify lifestyle factors that prevent them from embracing healthy eating and put an end to deprivation and restriction. Rather than making drastic lifestyle changes, Tansy supports her clients in creasing incremental and long-lasting change that fits into their lifestyles and that they enjoy.

Tansy also offers a range of nutritional and personal care products to assist  clients on their journey where necessary. For some clients it can be hard to make changes when there are deficiencies or the body is dealing with toxicity or digestive issues.
