Laura Johnes is a qualified Naturopath, with a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy). She has spent the better part of a decade researching and studying alternative health and healing modalities to find the best tools to help her clients. Laura has a passion for health and believes in a holistic approach that addresses body, mind and spirit.

As a qualified Chef, Laura is able to marry her love of food with her extensive knowledge of nutrition to address lifestyle issues with clients. She utilises nutritional supplements, herbal medicine and flower essences as well as metaphysical tools to bring her clients back into balance. Laura tailors an individual treatment plan for every client, as she knows that every body is different.

Laura specialises in weight loss, acknowledging that diet and exercise alone are not always successful in achieving long-term results. Laura?s work delves much deeper, taking a look at the metaphysical reasons and the relationship between the mind, body and spirit. She is very passionate about helping clients realise their true reason for holding onto their weight, then helps her clients become ready to release it. This thorough approach empowers the client and ensures the weight comes off and stays off!
