Our Heal Your Life Workshop Leaders are licensed and authorised by Hay House Inc. to conduct Heal Your Life Workshops. Louise Hay is the owner and found of Hay House, Inc.

We offer workshops with the choice of 2 different timetables. The weekend workshop is completed over two consecutive days or the extended workshop is completed over 10 consecutive weeks consisting of a 2 hour session each week.

Holistic approach to wellness:
Our approach to change for healing and wellness, is a holistic approach. We think it is important to nurture and nourish the entire person - the Body, the Mind and the Spirit. If any of these areas are ignored, then we are incomplete or we would lack wholeness.

Our workshops start with the Mind and we explore visualisation techniques, imagery and affirmations and work through activities and exercises that help us to identify any negative beliefs or thought patterns that are causing us dis-ease.

If you were to start the holistic approach with the Body, then you would possibly make changes to your nutrition / diet or your exercise regime. You might also consider body healing treatments such as massage, reflexology, reiki, acupuncture, yoga or the Alexander Technique.

The Spiritual approach to holistic wellness could begin with meditation or prayer.
