At Pillar Pilates and Physiotherapy you will be given a thorough assessment with an honest diagnosis and treatment plan by an experienced Physiotherapist. All general musculo-skeletal problems can be treated.
If you are a private patient or covered under WorkCover, DVA and Enhanced Primary Care Plans you are welcome to contact the practice for an appointment.
All treatment sessions involve a hands on approach with other modalities available such as Electrotherapy and Dry Needling and Western Acupuncture.

Small class Pilates sessions are available for those who prefer supervision and correct exercise prescription. Pilates is of great benefit to everyone wanting to improve their core stability, balance, posture, flexibility and body awareness. It is especially beneficial for those who experience back pain or are wanting to improve sporting performance . Only quality equipment is used in a dedicated Pilates room.

Immediate HICAPS and Medicare (EPC only) claiming is available at the practice.
