WIIs primary focus is on building your organisations capacity through a workforce learning and development program, the aim of which is to provide you with a consistent, compliance based service based on quality service and product throughout  your organisation.

WII uses its advanced knowledge of the plethora of workforce and other funding sources available to ensure your organisation derives maximum benefit from the significant State and Commonwealth government workforce development dollars available to you.

WII can assist you to take full advantage of available assistance to support your organisations performance outcomes through nationally recognised, customised training programs. Generally, WII find organisations accessing only a fraction of what is available to them. In many cases strategies involving many hundreds of staff prove, in fact, to be cost neutral to our clients.

We will:

Work with you to define and understand your workforce development and training requirements based on your organisational performance goals

Source funding for your needs based upon a myriad of eligibility criteria

Design a response to your requirements based upon your organisational goals and funding availability

Co-ordinate required responses to needs including:
 
RTO (Registered Training Organisation)and State and Commonwealth departments of Education and Training liaison and negotiation
Design and mapping of content to align organisational requirements with nationally recognised requirements for qualifications
Processing of Australian Quality Training Framework and other paperwork requirements

WII are also available for tender writing and business development services for specific training initiatives for both industry and RTOs and for provision of learning and development consultancies or secondments to industry.
