The practice of I Liq Chuan allows you to break away from habitual thought and reflex actions and develops effective martial art skills. This proven training system gives you the tools to maximise your internal energy / power plus much more.

I Liq Chuan (ILC) is practiced in a non-fear based environment and is a non-strength based martial art. This means it is not limited by gender, age or fitness. Everybody can participate and increase their awareness and martial skills to meet and match all life's events. 
	
ILC utilises Tai Chi and Zen philosophy with the principles of biomechanics and physics to enable you to develop better posture, balance/stability, flexibility and coordination.
You'll improve your ability to maintain concentration and focus

DRESS
Loose casual please, anything
allowing freedom of movement.

ALL WELCOME
For those that have or haven't studied martial arts before and those that are looking to improve overall wellness / health. 
 I Liq Chuan is not fitness based, high impact or reliant on strength.
