My philosophy on training is quite simple.

And unlike some Coaches we are happy to publish our training philosophy for the world to see. At Balanced Triathlon Coaching, we understand that not everyone is different not everyone has the desire to train by themselves and a lot of people dont like training with a group either so we offer several training options to suit all needs.

We provide quality multi-sport training programs and personalized coaching for triathlon, running, aquathon, open water swim and duathlon racing for people of all ages and abilities, as well as weight loss and general fitness programs that are conducted outdoors and not in a stuffy gym environment. We are Health and Fitness specialists.

At Balanced, we don't believe in a one-size-fits-all sweat it out program. We take the time to ensure we fully understand and appreciate what it is you want to achieve, and together, we design a program to fit your budget, your lifestyle and your schedule. We specialise in multisport. As a professional, experienced Coach I have the knowledge and training to understand how your body works and how best to achieve the results you're after.
