We have over 18 yoga classes in Ascot on the northside of Brisbane each week with different levels including gentle yoga, advanced, pregnancy yoga, beginners yoga, kids yoga and meditation.

We teach in the ever popular vinyasa style of yoga which synchronises movement and breath.  You leave classes feeling highly energised but with a bouyant calm that stays with you throughout the day.

Being Yoga also offers a fully certified annual Yoga Teacher Training course to take your practice to the next level. These courses are a deep immersion in the practice and philosophy of yoga. They are designed for anyone whether they want to teach or just learn more.

We also offer a range of Yoga Retreats, Workshops &amp; Courses so you can continue to discover the healing benefits that Yoga can bring to your life.
