I am based on the Gold Coast, Queensland and I am a registered Naturopathic Nutritionist, Iridologist and Fitness Professional.
I have extensive experience in my modalities and love the challenge of treating a large range of age groups with different health issues.

training plateaus, injuries and nutritional deficiencies.

I am a registered Naturopathic Nutritionist, Iridologist and Fitness professional. Having worked in the Fitness Industry for the past 15 years and the natural Therapy Industry for the past 5 years, I have a great passion for helping and educating people from different walks of life on the benefits of living a healthy life incorporating diet, exercise and, in some cases, nutritional supplements to help individuals reach their optimum health potential and goals.

I am a wife and mother of 2 young children and greatly value the importance of creating healthy eating habits and fit environments for kids and families.

I have followed a vegetarian diet for over 20 years, and have a positive and supportive approach to vegetarian and vegan diets, and yet a respectful and helpful approach to other diets which include meat.
