Fiona House has been in practice for 7 years specialising in Kahuna Bodywork, Holistic Massage, Polarity Therapy, The Arvigo Techniques of Mayan Abdominal Therapy and recently Myofascial Release.  She uses the Shell Essences and Bush Flower Essences to support her work.

Fiona House works holistically with the body addressing painful areas and places of discomfort while also acknowledging the emotional and mental components to what has caused the situation.  This means that whether you have back and neck pain, lower back discomfort, headaches, menstrual issues or stress related discomforts, Fiona has a tool box of skills to help.

Fiona House works predominantly with women and is passionate about supporting clients through times of change, stress and upheaval when one needs a pillar of support and a place of refuge from the pressures of the day.  Fiona House finds that with the combination of Kahuna Bodywork, Holistic massage, Arvigo Techniques of Mayan Abdominal Therapy and Myofascial Release work, clients are able to receive relief to their areas of pain while also leave after their appointment deeply relaxed, rejuvenated and rebalanced to re-approach their day.

Holistic Massage - Working with various pressures depending on what the client desires, Fiona helps back and neck pain, stiffness of shoulders and muscles, while also benefiting the mental and emotional aspects of the body.

Kahuna Bodywork - A flowing and dynamic form of massage therapy.    Performed to music, Kahuna Bodywork uses music, and flows with the path of least resistance to provide a space for clients to experience healing and well-being for themselves.

Arvigo Techniques of Mayan Abdominal Therapy -  An external non-invasive manual technique which helps internal organs to retain or regain their correct position in the abdominal cavity, thereby restoring the flow of blood, lymph, nerve and chi necessary for the functioning of the digestive and reproductive systems.
