I have been In the industry for 15 years plus.

We offer a complete 7 stage cleaning process.  When we clean carpets we pre vacuum first then spray a natural orange oil cleaner on the carpet, we then scrub the carpet with a slow speed buffer to lift flattened areas and to break up stains, we then extract with hot water, we then dry clean the carpet and once finished we brush the carpet to lift and retain its pile.

Our company has made an effort to use natural cleaners, our carpet and upholstery cleaner is a natural orange oil cleaner. Our leather cleaning products contain eucalyptus oil and we use a orange oil based sealer to seal slate and sandstone.
