We offer exercise classes and personal training to women of all ages and stages.  Time poor, pregnant, post natal, life balance, injury management, menopause and beyond - we offer both land &amp; water based exercise and we will help you find the right balance.

We have the most up to date training and expertise and years of experience training women over their lifespan.  We offer safe and individualised exercise options for all the major life stages.

We've been offering ante natal aqua to ladies for years and often help with rehabilitation after baby is born.

Getting ready for a wedding - or needing to exercise early morning because that's the only time you can - we have the active solutions to suit you.

We have extensive experience with complex medical issues like advanced arthritis, extreme hypermobility, stubborn weight loss and we can help you find your feet if you are older and need help getting out of your chair.  We can improve your standard of living, keep you independent and moving functionally.
