Learn the secrets of preparing and cooking authentic, regional dishes from a variety of cuisines. Classses include:

Our very special class 'The Tasmanian Table' where you can experience cooking with the most delicious locally grown seasonal Tasmanian produce.

Other classes include: Spanish Tapas, Italian, Thai, Vietnamese, Middle Eastern, Indian &amp; Malaysian.

We will aslo be offering other specialiaty classes including:

Cheese Making, Chocolate &amp; Truffles, Cake Decorating, Traditional Artisan Bread, Pasta &amp; Pizza.

Be prepared to chop, cook and taste your way to a fun filled experience. Classes are set in the character filled country style kitchen with students involved in every process along the way.

Classes start with a complementary drink and a shared tasting plate. Then the preparation and cooking begins, with everyone tasting, talking, laughing and learning as we go. When the cooking is finished, everyone sits down to eat together in the charming light filled dining room with roaring log fire, over looking the river.   Wine, juices, coffee &amp; tea also included.

Each student is supplied with all cooking ingredients, their own individual gas stove, apron &amp; utensils. Complementary recipes are given to all students to take home.
