The need for a quiet space is present in everyone's life and this is where Robyn started. After many years of searching and study, Robyn decided that meditation and art were the two processes that she found brought both peace and relaxation into her life. Robyn has combined these to develop a total relaxation session that is known as Art Relaxation. 
Along the way Robyn has developed her Meditation sessions in such a way that they are suitable for all - from beginners who wish to learn about meditation right through to those who have been meditating for many years. We offer both group and individual Meditation sessions. 
Robyn's passion is to show people that relaxation and meditation are very simple techniques that can be incorporated into even the busiest lifestyle. 
 
As a Reiki Master/Teacher Robyn offers you Reiki healing sessions, as well as being able to incorporate Reiki into her other healing modality sessions with you. As a Kinesiology Practitioner, Robyn is offering you the opportunity to take control of your health and your life. Kinesiology can show you how to make profound and lifelong changes to your health and emotional wellbeing. Robyn is also a Certified Hypnotherapist. Using Hypnotherapy, Robyn will guide you along your journey as you make those longed for changes in your life.
