Dr Nicole Lee, Director of Sendal Psychology, has over 16 years experience in psychological practice and is internationally known for her clinical research work.

We are committed to providing psychological treatments that are time limited, cost effective and scientifically proven. We specialise in evidence based practices, such as cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) - the most researched psychological therapy in the world. CBT can assist whether you are experiencing serious problems or whether you are aiming to make some more minor changes in your life.

Can't sleep? If your GP has prescribed a course of medication to help you sleep, or you are trying to reduce your sleep medication you may also benefit from psychological therapy to get your sleeping back on track.

Anxiety or depression? Studies have shown that in some cases CBT is more effective than medication - without the side effects. We can help with 'rebound' symptoms as you reduce your medication.
