Hi! I'm Katherine and I am a qualified Zumba Instructor. I am also a professional commercial dancer and dance teacher. I believe in health and fitness and helping motivate my participants to reach their goals, and that's why I love Zumba so much! It truly is exercise in disguise! Working out has never been this fun! My classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

What is ZUMBA? It is a Latin inspired dance-fitness class, using hypnotic rhythms such as Salsa, Cumbia, Meringue, Calypso, Hip-hop, Belly-dance and Bollywood.

In all of my classes you will get a great full body workout, have heaps of fun, get very sweaty, shake your booty, have a laugh with friends and really feel the party atmosphere! All classes are beginner friendly and no dance experience necessary!

All you need to bring is yourself, a water bottle and a sweat towel.
