Sandi from X-Training Bodyworks has been delivering great results for her clients and fun in fitness since 2005. She is proficient in adult and older adult training and offers Personal Training and Group Exercise Classes.
PERSONAL TRAINING sessions are tailored around YOUR individual goals (short to long term), interests and abilities with loads of variety, enjoyable challenges and regular progressions. These sessions are
conducted at a small studio in the Olinda-Mt Dandenong area. You may choose to train one-on-one or two-on-one. Please contact Sandi for current availability and details for personal training.
GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES are held at Olinda Primary School. The class currently caters for ages from twenties to sixties and all levels of ability. Participants have a great deal of instructor interaction, plenty of options and variety. And we have FUN! Please contact Sandi for details regarding these classes.
Sandi is a registered fitness professional with Fitness Australia. She holds Certificate III and IV in Fitness, swissball, boxing, bodypump, cycle and other specialty qualifications. References are available from her many happy personal training and group fitness clients!
