My name is Jacinta Silva, personal trainer and qualified nutrition coach.

I specialise in body re-composition, which means I help people lose fat, gain muscle, or both depending on their goals, in a safe and efficient way.  I have 2 years experience as a personal trainer and hold a number of nutrition qualifications including a Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics.  Combining smart physical training principles with sound nutrition strategies ensures my clients achieve their goals as quickly as possible, while learning how to maintain these healthy habits in the long term.

I train my clients and run my business, IgnitePT, at the Malvern East South Pacific Health Club.  We are moving to Chadstone (5 minutes drive) before the end of February.

Current promotion:  Relocating special - 20% off casual sessions, weekly training and prepaid packs until we move to Chadstone AND free use of the gym until the new facility opens (sometime mid to late February 2015, see website for more details).
