After spending years at rmit, vic uni and Victorian college of the arts, learning from the best artists Melbourne can offer and the finest professors and even lived like an artist on Brunswick street Fitzroy, where I had the ability to emerge myself fully in the arts something called me back to the sleepy hollows of the semi rural lifestyle and I haven't looked back.  I am extremely happy living in ocean grove.  The people here are family orientated, relaxed and genuine.  I love walking at night, never having to give safety a second thought.

I have been short listed into some big shows now, painted some very famous people and have my paintings in countries such as bali, china, france, Thailand, america, the untied kingdom, malaysia and singapore.  I worked as a portrait photographer for years to strengthen my skills; whilst gaining valuable experience.  I always chose photography as my minor subject, naturally as the two mediums go hand and hand with portraiture.  I was lucky enough to be taught both darkroom processes whilst at uni, maintaining a high level of quality and industry knowledge ever since.

I am happy to call myself a portrait artist using oils and photography.  I have documented countless weddings and conducted loads of portrait sessions for friends children and their families; that I've lost count.  I am always so proud of my work and what I can capture.   I love to capture the love and the bond between parent/grandparent and the child.  This is the type of image I believe is hard for mums and dads to capture.  It is an aura.  I am so honoured that they have asked me to document through my eye and style.  I have caused many a tear, but always above smiles.
