Description

I am a fully qualified remedial massage therapist who specialises in sports and athletic performance. As a cyclist and runner who has also competed in soccer, bowling, volleyball and hockey, I understand the stress that high levels of physical activity can put on the body.

I draw on years of experience with a wide variety of sports to help you overcome injuries and perform at your peak. I love hearing that my clients are not only performing better, but feeling better in the process.

I have a keen interest in endurance sports but love the challenge of working with people from all sporting fields.

My approach involves;
	- Massage therapy targeted to where it's needed
	- Rehabilitation exercises to help you return to peak performance
	- Exercises to avoid in order to maintain peak performance
	- Ergonomic advice - i.e. equipment fitting, footwear, technique, posture etc
	
I can also work with you on stress management, headaches, RSI, postural imbalance and joint restriction or instability.

I am a member of the Australian Association of Massage Therapists and is a recognised provider for all major health funds.
