My name is Mark Cooper, your personal remedial massage therapist. My goal is to ensure that all my clients are living optimally, pain free and without held tension and stress, by alleviating any core issues through posture analysis and remedial techniques, and to keep you that way by establishing a personal massage plan. I offer a range of techniques to suit each and every individual clients needs including:

Working alongside Naturopaths and personal life coaches gives me an even greater understanding of the human body as a whole, where every aspect is important, and to ensure we look after ourselves completely not just with massage. It is important to make massage a part of our weekly ritual to keep us healthy but we all need to take steps towards helping our bodys further with exercise and nutritional guidance to optimise the efficiency of the precious vessel we are given.
