Compass Counselling is a private service. We are professional, compassionate, non-judgemental and approachable. We tailor our approaches to our individual clients and their circumstances.

We offer a range of services, which aim to improve the mental health of our clients through various lifespans by providing emotional support through difficult times.

Counselling allows you to learn new strategies to deal with feelings, thoughts, behaviours and relationships differently. We can help enable you to feel more empowered, accepting and in control, allowing you better clarity in the choices that you make. We provide a safe place where clients can talk about anything on their mind. We are trained to listen in an objective manner and offer helpful feedback, insight and clarification. We provide specialised and trained counsellors in a variety of fields, such as addiction abuse, family counselling relating to addiction, general family counselling, sexual related issues, protective behaviours education, counselling for pre and post natal depression and much more.

We provide counselling for families and individuals, including those with disabilities.
We provide court support for individuals and families going through disputes.  This may include going to court on specific occasions to provide emotional support during these times.
