I am a twenty something female who believes in a holistic approach to health and well being. This includes everything from psychological health to nutrition &amp; exercise.

I strive for continuous self-improvement and development in all aspects of my life - especially health and fitness. I have realized that my experience and professional development is a journey, not a destination. This means that I am continually learning, training, and gaining experience as a professional in the health industry in order to bring you the best services I can.

* Years of personal experience in fitness and training as a competitive swimmer which involved not just swimming but weight sessions, running, intervals, HIIT, pilates, yoga and kick boxing.
