Our club is semi/full contact, based around Shotokan Karate. Having said that, I don't expect anyone to jump in the deep end and 'sink or swim'. Beginning with the basics, setting up a strong foundation. Once a strong foundation is built, the sky is the limit! Like most clubs, your first class is on the house. This is so that you can get a feel for what we do, also so that we can both decide if our style of training is suited to you.
