Hi everyone, my name is Marlon Wambeek, I created this business with a purpose to honestly educate people about health. I would like to share my experiences and hopefully they can be a help to you as well. For the best part of the last 10 years of my life I have worked as an Accountant, and a business consultant. But as much as accounting has been a necessary evil as one of my clients once told me, my real passion has always been health. I have recently begun studying to be a personal trainer, and over the last 10 years I have researched and studied a lot in regards to health, as with everyone in life, I have had up and down I will share with you how through common sense health I got through the down, and how to stay more on the up in life. Using a very old system of health, which I think has been around since we have existed, I hope you benefit as well. I by no means have come up with this system, but hopefully I can promote it that more people will enjoy the freedom and benefit of it. It has a very simple acronym, that I think is quite appropriate as well NEWSTART, you will notice the whole menu system will be this acronym.
