I started massage because of my passion for helping people and my goal is to provide you with the relief that you need by finding out what is causing the issue and thus giving you relief from the symptom. I believe that through different approaches the body can heal and repair itself faster with massage. My massage style varies from Deep tissue, stretching and trigger point work to kneading and folding muscles to the gentle flow of a full relaxation massage. I believe everyone is different and that requires a tailored approach to their massage on an ongoing basis. I have found that the full on deep tissue clients canÃ???Ã??Ã?Â¢??t always handle that intensity because of stress, illness or a bad week at work and thus require a tailored massage each and every visit. Same goes for the relaxation clients, their muscle pain or tightness gets too much to handle and they require some deeper work. The key I have found is listening to the client and finding out how they are feeling and have been feeling.
