With 25 years expereince and knowledge in massage therapy and personal growth I am been fortunate enough to help people regain their health and balance through periods of high stress, illnesses or emotional turmoil. Through Meditation classes and Personal Growth classes I teach people how to recognise when they are out of balance and how to use a variety of tools to regain perspective of stressful events and release the tensions that then interfer with flow and joy in your life.
