I work with people with depression, anxiety, low self esteem, trouble with their emotions or moods, difficult relationships, or a history of trauma. I use a combination of talking therapies - practical guidance, cognitive behaviour therapy, psychodynamic and schema therapy. I have done training in EMDR for trauma.
