"My name is Teresa Boyce ""The Health Whisperer"". The reason I became a nutritionist is to educate others on the importance of good nutrition, my ultimate goal is to make a real difference to my clients lives. I consult with clients over a range of health concerns including diabetes/pre-diabetes, metabolic syndrome, obesity, weight loss and sports nutrition. I also present to a variety of corporate companies, motivating individuals and groups associated with fitness and weight loss challenges. I have presented for a variety of businesses including Fitness First, ASG Group, The Commonwealth Bank, Qantas, Life Plan Financial Advisors, Premier Health and Fitness, Can Too and Her Coach His Coast Triathlon camps held all over New South Wales. I also like to write about a variety of health and nutrition topics, you can find many of my articles via a range of Australiaâ??s leading health publications including Fitness First Magazine, Taste Online and Body & Soul attracting 350,000 unique browsers each month. Last year I was lucky enough to participate in an online health and wellbeing campaign â??Meta Momentsâ?? sponsored by Metamucil. While most of us aim for a healthy lifestyle, there comes a time when you need the guidance and expertise from someone to help you achieve your goals. I have devoted myself to being that person. As an advocate of fresh and seasonal produce, I believe in the importance of whole foods. We live in an age of advanced technology, yet awareness of the importance of good nutrition is failing.
