The Alexander Technique is interesting, informative, challenging and rewarding, I have been teaching full time for over 25 years and I can train you to develop your awareness of how your body and mind work together to provide better movement, balance and co-ordination. This progressive raising of your standard of psycho-physical co-ordination leads to reduction in most neuro-muscular and joint problems or will reduce the chance of these developing. It brings about improvement in breathing and vocalisation and is widely used by sports persons, singers, actors, public speakers and performers of all types and can greatly help with your stage presence. It will also help to maintain the natural shape of your body over your lifetime and gives you more energy, more knowledge and thus more control over your behaviour and teaches you long term self care.
