New Body Philosophy was born in 2009. The name is inspired by the incredible ability the body possesses to heal itself- to regenerate. With the right knowledge, clear body listening techniques, guidance & non-invasive input, the body is allowed to unwind its unhealthy patterns of tension & find its own individual way to optimum health. Zoe Puechberty (founder of New BodyPhilosophy) completed a Diploma of Remedial Massage after 10 years in the finance industry & went on to open a small, successful clinic in Brisbane. She is an advanced CranioSacral (CST) Practitioner & combines these modalities with Visceral & Neural Mobilization (all Osteopathic techniques). It is a unique & holistic blend of Massage & Osteopathic techniques that work with different systems in the body including Musculoskeletal, Visceral (the organs), the Nervous System, the Immune System & the Energetic System. This allows for treatment of many and varied acute and chronic illnesses. She is passionate about tailoring her treatment, to diverse needs. Zoe loves treating a wide variety of clients & also has special interest & training in Craniosacral for Pregnancy, Conception, Birthing & Pediatrics. Zoe has travelled throughout Australia & the world (America, Ireland, England) to further her education & in 2013, is looking forward to being a Teaching Assistant for the Upledger Institute for Craniosacral Therapy (the largest provider of Alternative Therapy training in the world).
