Clarity Counselling provides both long and short term counselling to help you find your way. Relationship issues can be very difficult to deal with and talking to a Professional Counsellor may help to define the problems and assist in solving some of the areas that are causing conflict. Marriage, separation and divorce counselling is available both as a couple or for one on one counselling. Grief and loss counselling can be beneficial to anyone who has lost someone close, talking to a Professional Counsellor enables the client to talk freely about their relationship with that person, without causing any upset with family or friends who may also be grieving. Depression is very common in our society today, recognising this and getting help is a big step in working through the issues. Counselling can help to unlock the feelings of hopelessness, sadness and lack of self worth. By listening and assisting in building self esteem and confidence, the client can begin to see light at the end of the tunnel. Allowing them to see more options and realise what they already have. Post natal depression can also be debilitating, with the Mother not always recognising what is wrong, but just knowing that something is not right. Getting help can aleviate many feelings of lack of confidence, fear of not being a good Mother and resentment. Men and depression is also a difficult area, with many men not admitting to having these feelings of despair and unhappiness. Asking for help is the beginning, to ending the unnecessary suffering that comes with it. If you are struggling with a decision or you have come to a crossroads in your life and you are not sure which way to turn.
