In my work in Counselling and Psychotherapy I support clients from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, life experiences and aspirations in an explorative journey, helping him or her to deal with problems in new ways and progress toward a more resourceful and satisfying life. Brief, focused counselling can be sufficient for some clients to achieve the desired clarity and relief around their situation, and to make the necessary changes.
