Lydia is a highly qualified and experienced psychologist/coach who draws upon progressive coaching and positive psychology applications to any issues you may face. She takes a solution focussed approach that may sometimes require the need to revisit and reflect on past experiences, to pull out patterns and identify strengths as well as weaknesses to clear the way forward. In other words to: trace, face, and erase the hold the past may have on you, to freely move on and transform your life. It's not just about shrinking problems, but about stretching capacity for optimal health, wellbeing and success. Fees: Lydia charges below Australian PsychoIogical Society (APS) recommended rates. Sliding scale also available upon request. Medicare Rebates apply with a GP referral (up to 12 individual sessions plus 12 group sessions per calendar year; more in exceptional circumstances). Otherwise, most health fund rebates also apply.
