This company takes advantage of confused drivers after a crash. DO NOT get your car towed to their yard! Get it towed to your house. They\'ll charge you storage fees which your insurance company won\'t reinburse. Not only that but they\'ll overcharge you according to their own fees. I wish we saved ourselves money and the headache dealing with Angela and went with someone else.

This business is a total scam. Overcharging for \"service\" is the norm. Avoid it at all costs. They have no business ethics at all & Angela is a vicious con-artist who bullies people into paying outrageous sums of money.

Extremely poor service as the towing service pray on vulnerable people who are in a desperate situation at the scene of an accident by not asking the affected party at the scene of the accident if they would like a ridden off vehicle taken back to either their residence or to the towing yard, which will incur hundreds of dollars in storage/holding fees if going back to the towing yard. The towie does not advise of such fees that will be incurred and this could seriously put people under financial pressure at short notice and/or does not give affected party whose having their car towed away a clear indication of their option/s and do not disclose their terms and conditions at the site of the road incident. Be very wary of this company to the point of/highly unethical/immoral. Below satisfactory experience to say the least.
