At Physio Fitness we have three convenient locations inside Fitness First Health Clubs at Bondi Junction in the Eastern Suburbs, Dee Why in the Northern Beaches and Castle Hill in the Hills Districts. There is also free parking and a creche at each of our four locations. Physio Fitness Australia is one of Australia's leading Physiotherapy clinics, with Physiotherapists and Massage Therapists dealing with all musculoskeletal, spinal, sports, fitness and training injuries, working closely with Medical Practitioners, Specialists and Health Club Personal Trainers. All our clinics are open to the public - you do not have to be a Fitness First member to see us. Services include: Physiotherapy, Sports Specific Physio, Exercise Rehabilitation Programs, Remedial Massage Therapy, Muscular Corrective Therapy, Gaitscan Custom Foot Orthotics, and Hydrotherapy. There is also free parking and a creche at each of our four convenient locations. All our clinics have beautifully presented private treatment rooms, with one-on-one treatments. We have full use of the health clubs, providing an extensive exercise and rehabilitation service. Our Physio Fitness clinics are open early, close late and are also open on most Saturdays. Because we work closely alongside the health club Personal Trainers and Fitness Instructors, we provide treatments and exercises that will get you back on your fitness track in the fastest possible time and prevent the breakdown of your training regime and lifestyle. If you've had a previous injury, we encourage you to see us to ensure you get the best results from your fitness regime and minimise the risk of future injuries. Whether you are suffering from back pain, neck pain, frozen shoulders, headaches, shoulder or knee injuries, ankle sprains, post-operative surgery care, postural problems or work-related stress, we cover it all!
